Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support before the balance is fully depleted.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied in the jurisdiction in which kk777 holds its operating licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through kk777's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
